Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) Committee Meeting

Please join us in Philadelphia, PA, on January 17 and 18 for the 2024 FIA committee meeting.

Registration:

Register online by January 3. The registration fee is $375 and includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday.  A one-day registration is available for $210. Please note, anyone that wants to join the meeting must register in advance. Lodging:

A block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport in Philadelphia has been reserved at a special rate of $114/night plus tax. Reservations can be made online here. Select the dates of your stay, and click “quick book.” You can also call the hotel directly at 215-365-4150, and tell them you are booking with the NMSFA group. Be sure to book your room by December 17 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 12-minute drive from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and has a shuttle service. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, so there is no need to schedule in advance.
