Cooperative Forest Management Committee Meeting

Registration:

Register online by April 19. The registration fee is $490 and includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday; breakfast and lunch Wednesday; and breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Thursday. A one-day registration is available for $210. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org or (202) 631-0590. Please note that all who want to attend the meeting must register by the deadline.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at the Hotel Providence has been reserved at a special rate of $155/night plus tax. Reservations can be made online here, select the dates of your stay and choose “search rooms.” You can also call the hotel directly at (401) 861-8000 and state that you are with the Northeast-Midwest State Foresters Alliance Meeting to receive the group rate.

Be sure to book your room by April 6 to get the discounted rate. Please note that if you are driving, the hotel has a parking fee of $32 a night.

Transportation:

The hotel 20 minutes from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) or is 1 hour and 40 minutes from Logan International Airport (BOS). There are ride share apps available in Providence. If you fly into Logan, there is Rome2Rio to find transportation to the hotel.
