Fall Meeting

The Morton Arboretum is excited to host the 2024 NMSFA fall meeting in Lisle, IL November 12-14. There will be an optional tour of the arboretum on Friday morning from 9 – 10:30 a.m. You will be prompted to choose if you are joining the tour at registration, so please decide before you register.

Registration:

Register online by October 25. The registration fee is $390 and includes Tuesday evening’s reception; breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday; and breakfast on Friday (at the arboretum for tour attendees only). A one-day registration is available for $215. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at the Hyatt at 1400 Corporetum Drive in Lisle, IL has been reserved at a special rate of $114/night plus tax. Reservations can be made by using this link and adjusting the dates or by calling the hotel directly at 630-852-1234. Let them know you are a part of the NMSFA group.

Be sure to book your room by Oct 12 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from the O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The Hyatt is about a mile from the meeting space at the Morton Arboretum. It’s walkable, though not a great route, so people can share a ride with others.
