NMSFA Summer Meeting

New Hampshire is excited to host the 2024 NMSFA summer meeting in Bartlett, NH June 24-27 at the Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center at Attitash Resort, located at 104 Grand Summit Dr. The Communications Committee will join us on Tuesday and break out for its annual meeting on Wednesday.

Registration:

Register online by June 7. The registration fee is $535 and includes Monday evening’s reception; breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; and breakfast and a morning break on Thursday. A one-day registration is available for $175. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at the Grand Summit Hotel in Bartlett, NH has been reserved at a special rate of $125/night plus tax. Reservations can be made by emailing reservations@grandsummitattitash.com or by calling the hotel directly at 603-374-6700. Let them know you are a part of the NMSFA group, and provide the hotel with guest name, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, or twin), and check-in and check-out dates.

Be sure to book your room by May 24 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 1-hour and 40-minute drive from the Portland International Jetport (PWM) in Portland, ME. Or a 2-hour and 15-minute drive from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). If you fly into Logan International Airport (BOS), there are travel options such as Concord Coach Lines that will take you from Logan to North Conway, NH.
