Urban and Community Forestry Committee Meeting

Please join us in Cherry Hill, NJ May 13-15 for our 2025 Urban and Community Forestry Committee meeting.

Registration:

Register online by May 2. The registration fee is $490 and includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday and Thursday; and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday. A one-day registration is available for $195. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org. Please note that all who want to attend the meeting must register by the deadline.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at The Holiday Inn at Cherry Hill has been reserved for the group at a special rate of $112/night plus tax. Reservations can be made by following this link. You can also call the hotel directly at (856) 663-5300 and use the code “FRR” for the group rate.

Be sure to book your room no later than April 11 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). There are taxis, Lyfts, and Ubers in the area.
